Tasks:
- Building a marketing strategy for the company’s brands and overseeing its implementation
- Setting team goals, as well as those for individuals based on the company’s operations strategy
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Managing crises, relations with external suppliers
- Creating and supervising the implementation of the brands’ marketing budget
- Building competencies within the team
- Arranging priorities, managing and overseeing their implementation

Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a marketing team in IT industries
- Experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of planning/communication tools
- Business sense, ability to operate in a dynamically changing industry
- Experience managing a marketing budget
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work and that of people in the team
- High degree of independence
- Knowledge of English min. B2
