Tasks:
- Implementing and updating the delivery process; organizing the process
- Planning and managing implementation projects for external customers
- Managing project schedules and budgets
- Optimizing projects in terms of cost and resource utilization, among others
- Monitoring and reporting on project status, including: scope, risks, resource utilization, and compliance of achieved results with planned business objectives
- Building relationships with client-side stakeholders
- Creating project documentation
- Collaborating with logistics, finance and engineering teams on project execution and billing
- Collaborating with the sales team on project execution and customer needs analysis

Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in IT project management
- Certifications confirming competence in project management
- Practical knowledge of management methodologies
- Ability to build good relationships with the team, client and external partners
- Organizational skills to lead several, different sized projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze customer requirements from a technical and business perspective
- Experience in preparing reports and analysis, as well as budget management
- Self-reliance, assertiveness and change management skills
- Goal-oriented and positive attitude
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B1 in speech and writing
Nice to have:
- Experience in implementing IT projects in the cybersecurity area
